Export with intention
Use Export my data where available, review the result and store it somewhere you control. An export may contain personal information.
Understand deletion
Use the deletion flow matching your account state and read its confirmation. Removing an app from a device should not be treated as confirmation that an online account has been deleted.
Ask for clarification
If you cannot access a data control, contact support with a description of the issue. Do not send your password or private records in the initial message.
