Refuel · For mom
The part that exists today.
One minute a day, asked to the mother. A deterministic Refuel Score. One realistic thing to do. And a quiet memory of how the weeks actually went.

Why one minute a day
Every product in the house asks how the baby is. Feeding apps, sleep apps, growth charts. The one question nobody asks consistently, in a form that costs no energy to answer, is how the mother is doing. Mommy Refuel asks that question once a day and then leaves her alone.
The answer is not a diary entry and not a symptom questionnaire. It is three readings and an optional note, shaped so that on the worst night it still takes under a minute with one hand.
Daily check-in
Mood, energy, sleep, and an optional note. The whole thing is designed to be finished with one hand while the baby sleeps on the other.
- Mood in five words, not a slider
- Energy as reserves, not a number
- Sleep in blocks, the way it actually happens

Refuel Score
A deterministic 0 to 100 read of her reserve today. The app shows which signals weighed most and says plainly that it is self-reported and not a diagnosis.
- Explained, never mysterious
- Learns her personal baseline over weeks
- Never optimised for, only understood

Today's Focus
One direction that fits the day. Rest matters more than tasks. Ask for help. Protect one block. Small steps sit under it, and she can say whether each one helped.
Recovery
Gentle guidance adapted to her stage and to the last few days. Never a programme. Never a countdown.

Journal
Private by architecture. It stays on the device, it is never shared, and it is never read by Refuel AI.

History and What Changed
Days on one line, and a plain-language explanation when the score or the focus moves.

Weekly Refuel Report
A calm read of the week. What helped, what did not, what to protect next week.

Ask for Help
Turns a hard day into a specific, small ask that a partner or a friend can actually answer.

Real screens from the iOS app.
How it works
How a day works
- 01Check in
Mood in five words. Energy as reserves. Sleep in blocks, the way it actually happened. An optional note if there is something to say.
- 02Read the score
The Refuel Score is calculated on the device by fixed rules. The app shows which signals weighed most and says plainly that it is self-reported.
- 03Choose one thing
Today's Focus is one direction that fits the reported day. Small steps sit under it, optional, and she can mark whether each one helped.
- 04See the week
History puts the days on one line. What Changed explains a move in one sentence. The Weekly Refuel Report reads the week back to her.
- 05Ask, when it is that kind of day
Ask for Help turns a hard day into one small, specific request that a partner or a friend can answer with a single word.
Facts
- No account needed
- The core product runs as a guest. Check-ins, notes, recovery and journal are stored on the phone.
- Works without a network
- A backend outage never blocks a check-in. Sync is opt-in, behind Sign in with Apple, and can be turned off.
- English and Ukrainian
- The app follows the phone's language. Ukrainian is the first market, English is the second.
- Export and delete
- The Privacy Centre exports everything in a tap and deletes everything, everywhere, when she says delete.
- Doctor Visit Mode
- A calm summary of the last 7, 14 or 30 days, with her choosing what is included, to bring to a real appointment.
- Apple Health, read-only
- Sleep and cycle can be read from Apple Health to save typing. Nothing is written back.
What Refuel is not
- Not a medical assessment. The Refuel Score is a self-reported wellbeing signal and can be imprecise.
- Not a habit tracker. There are no streaks to protect and no badges to earn on a bad week.
- Not a to-do list. One direction for today, with optional small steps, never twelve helpful things.
- Not a place that judges. A low score after a short night is the score doing its job.
