The app is licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). These terms add to it. If they conflict, the Standard EULA applies. By using the app or this website you accept these terms.
Free, with no purchases
Mommy Refuel is free to download and use. It has no in-app purchases, subscriptions or advertising, and nothing can be bought on this website. If that ever changes, the price will be shown clearly before you pay.
Not a medical device
Mommy Refuel is a wellbeing companion. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. The Refuel Score is a self-reported wellbeing signal, not a clinical assessment, and Refuel AI replies are general support, not medical advice. Always talk to your doctor, midwife or another qualified professional about your health or your baby’s. In an emergency, call local emergency services.
Acceptable use
You must be an adult to use Mommy Refuel. Please do not:
- use the app or website for anything unlawful or harmful;
- try to access other people’s data or break, overload or reverse-engineer our services;
- use Refuel AI to create harmful content, or present its replies as professional advice;
- add information about other people without the right to do so.
We may suspend access that breaks these rules or puts others at risk.
Your content and data
What you enter stays yours. How we handle it is explained in our privacy policy. You can export or delete your data in the app.
Features and availability
Features marked as “coming later” or described as our direction (for example Care Network, the marketplace or shared family tools) are not part of the current app and are not an offer or commitment. We may change or remove features, and we try to keep this website accurate about what is available.
Liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
