Is the app free?
Yes. Mommy Refuel is free on iPhone and supports 9 languages: English, Ukrainian, German, Spanish, French, Polish, Italian, Portuguese and Russian.
Can I start as a guest?
Yes. Apple sign-in is optional. Some connected capabilities may require authentication or specific permissions; follow the prompt for that feature.
Does AI read my journal?
No. The private journal is on-device and is never used by AI. Refuel AI has its own consent gate, naming Anthropic.
Is the score generated by AI?
No. Refuel Score is calculated deterministically from your responses, not guessed by a model. It is not a medical diagnosis.
Where is Care Network?
Care Network is coming later and is not in the current app. Local Care Circle contacts and Ask for Help are available.
How do I export or delete my data?
Open the app’s Privacy Centre to review export and delete-everything options. Read the confirmation for your current account state.
How do I report an issue?
Email your app version, device model and a short description. Do not include private journal entries, health records or passwords.
