Preparing for a doctor visit in five minutes

What Doctor Visit Mode puts on one page, what it leaves out, and why the summary is hers to edit.

Appointments are short and the questions arrive afterwards, in the car. Doctor Visit Mode exists so the week she wants to describe is already on one page when she walks in.

What goes in

  • A window she chooses: the last 7, 14 or 30 days.
  • How the days went, in plain language, from her check-ins.
  • Sleep shape, energy and mood over the window.
  • Notes she marked as worth raising.

What stays out

The journal, unless she adds a line herself. Anything she unticks. The summary is prepared by her and shared by her, and it is a description of her weeks, not an assessment of them.

Why it is not a diagnosis

Mommy Refuel is a wellbeing product. The summary helps a real clinician ask better questions in a short visit. It does not answer them.
